How Protestantism Became a Tool for Foreign Cabals to Weaken Ethiopia

For centuries, Ethiopia has been a land of deep spiritual roots, where Orthodox Christianity has preserved the nation’s identity, traditions, and unity. However, in recent decades, a new force has emerged, challenging the foundation of Ethiopian heritage—Protestantism. This foreign-influenced movement has not come merely as an alternative faith but as a tool wielded by hidden cabals seeking to dismantle Ethiopia’s rich cultural and religious heritage. With aggressive evangelism, Protestant churches have introduced alien teachings, leading to the erosion of Ethiopia’s spiritual identity, causing division and moral decay.

One of the most damaging aspects of Protestant influence is its rejection of Ethiopia’s sacred traditions. The denial of Saint Mary, the mother of Christ, is a direct attack on the deeply rooted Orthodox faith that has guided Ethiopians for centuries. Protestant preachers claim that "Jesus transcends culture," dismissing Ethiopian religious customs as unnecessary. By discouraging the veneration of saints and icons, they systematically erase the spiritual symbols that have long unified the Ethiopian people. Additionally, the introduction of foreign musical instruments, loud and chaotic worship styles, and excessive dancing during church services starkly contrast the solemn and disciplined Orthodox traditions, creating a rift within communities.

Beyond religious differences, Protestantism has promoted a Westernized way of life that conflicts with Ethiopia’s cultural values. Women are encouraged to wear makeup, tight clothing, and flashy lipstick—practices that Orthodox teachings view as immodest. The reverence and humility that Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity instills are being replaced with self-centered individualism. Under the guise of modernization, Protestant churches push an agenda that leads people away from the discipline and humility required to maintain Ethiopia’s moral and cultural fabric. This unhealthy obsession with materialism and self-promotion is not accidental; it is part of a larger scheme to weaken Ethiopia’s Orthodox foundations.

Another alarming aspect of Protestantism’s rise in Ethiopia is the widespread manipulation through fake miracles and emotional dramas staged by self-proclaimed pastors. These individuals, who often have no true spiritual authority, deceive people with exaggerated claims of healing and deliverance, drawing large crowds and accumulating wealth in the process. Many of these so-called miracles bear striking similarities to occult practices, raising concerns about Protestantism’s hidden ties to witchcraft. The cabals funding these churches have long used psychological manipulation to control populations, and Ethiopia is no exception. These deceptive performances are designed to create blind followers who will abandon the Orthodox Church in favor of these foreign-backed sects.

The financial backing of Protestantism in Ethiopia further exposes its role in the cabals’ larger plan. Western organizations and foreign donors pour massive amounts of money into Protestant churches, enabling them to expand rapidly and dominate the religious landscape. In contrast, the Ethiopian Orthodox Church, which has existed for nearly two thousand years without such external support, relies on the faith and dedication of its followers. The cabals’ goal is clear: weaken Ethiopia’s spiritual and cultural backbone by flooding the country with foreign religious ideologies, creating division, and ultimately erasing the Orthodox Church’s influence. Even Protestant pastors, driven by greed, exploit their congregations by demanding tithes and donations, living lavish lifestyles while their followers struggle.

The answer to this crisis lies in Ethiopia’s unwavering commitment to its Orthodox faith. The Ethiopian Orthodox Church has been the guardian of the nation’s traditions, morality, and unity for centuries. It has survived countless challenges and will continue to be the true spiritual foundation of Ethiopia. The only way to counter the Protestant invasion is to strengthen Orthodox teachings, uphold the sacred traditions, and educate the people about the dangers of these foreign-backed movements. Ethiopians must reject the deceptive schemes of the cabals and remain steadfast in their ancestral faith, preserving their identity, heritage, and unity against the forces seeking to weaken them.
